The firm has received awards for both accurate historical restoration and historically correct new structures within Historic Districts and/or to individual buildings listed on the National Historic Register. The Citizens Industrial Finance Corporation rehabilitation received the Mainstreet Morgantown award and Birmingham Place in the South Side received awards from the City of Pittsburgh.
