Renovation, partial reconstruction, and new construction of 28 single family homes from the late 1800s in the designated Deutschtown Historic District of Pittsburgh. Originally designed in phases for the East Allegheny Community Council to serve as affordable housing, these homes improved the image of the neighborhood and resulted in surrounding homes reaching market rates.
